Product is stunning but customer service is abhorrent! I ordered tile thru my local dealer and I did not order enough - my mistake. New Ravenna had the tile in stock but communication on a reorder with my dealer was ridiculous! It took a week to get a small amount shipped out so I could finish job. I asked for overnight shipping and they totally ignored that and shipped it standard. I was told I could use my own FedEx account and that was disregarded as well. Avoid this workplace - Kristen resorts to lying to protect herself. I was dismissed based on untrue allegations, which I have evidence of. Working for Richard is challenging; he contacts you incessantly, even on weekends. During my 7-week tenure, I discovered the reasons behind the high turnover rate. Richard speaks negatively about the staff, creating an environment where employees hesitate to defend themselves. Praised and praised but then told I was making hourly employees work for free.
