Unbelievable that they charge $50. to hold an appointment.

Good Morning Fran. There seems to be some miscommunication as we do not charge $50 to hold an appointment. We do require a credit card to hold an appointment (as is now standard most places), but the only situation in which there would be a $50 charge is you cancel with less than 24 hour notice. My husband bought me a $500 gift card last Christmas so I just thought I would use it now, however when I called to use in their store it was invalid cuz it had expired in Dec 2017. Can u believe that....$500. No where on the gift card or on the card that the gift card was in does it give an expiration date. I’m waiting to hear from a manager but from the reviews I don’t think they’ll call back.
