I had a deeply negative experience at New Radiance Cosmetics and would not recommend this provider or this location to anyone. During my appointment, Karen Shields injected me in areas I did not request and completely disregarded my clear request to focus only on very fine lines. Instead, I was overfilled, which caused visible and ongoing issues. I was then charged significantly more for a second injection that I did not feel was appropriate or necessary.
