I can't say enough about New Radiance especially Heather. She is efficient, responsive, accommodating and is good at her job. The office is organized and clean and they offer a lot of good services. I highly recommend.
My experience at New Radiance is always exceptional. Staff are welcoming, attentive and dedicated to what they do. Their service met my expectations. I love that Im treated like family!!!
Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Almost a year of trying numerous machines, including coolsculpting to reduce waistline. Nothing worked! Excuses given each visit. Broken machine (had to reschedule) machine unavailable (had to reschedule). Awful
Melissa is the best. Everyone is so nice here, I highly recommend it.
