I don't see what's new; If anything they've gotten WORSE! I visited some friends who live there & they both complained of things not being fixed & I see evidence of why. In 1 unit, you have to wear shower shoes in the kitchen because water has been leaking so much & so long that they can't keep the water up! They asked that I not use the downstairs bathroom, but another was using the upstairs restroom & I couldn't wait so i used it only to almost slip & fall (lucky I didn't cause I keep a lawyer on retainer), the flooring sl... read more

I've never lived there, but it's very quiet very well-kept seems like a very nice place to live.
