Don't use this company.... Dishonest and does not stand by there work.. There are plenty of honest auto repair establishments right in new providence. Since there was a request for details... Here are the bullet points * I bought a high end tire and within 12 months & 6,000 mi it had a bubble in the sidewall * I went to ask for warranty replacement. SO HAPPY WE FOUND NEW PROVIDENCE AUTO AND TIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very HONEST, Very REASONABLE, and the DO GREAT WORK!!!! We will never go anywhere else to get a car repair done.
Expect to find only a professional,ethical and honest approach and performance here. I am sure that the entire truth behind Mr. Mellusi's comment has not been divulged by him and I would put no stock therein..
The staff at New Providence Tire and Auto are competent and very helpful. They take care of the cars for most of the people I know in town. I have several vehicles and would go NOWHERE else. My vintage car broke down a few weeks ago, and they assisted me over the phone to get me home, and promptly took care of the problem.
Possibly the nicest staff and best service I have ever received from a repair shop. Honest, fair pricing. Go out of their way to take care of my car and my wife's car so that we have safe rides. I would recommend them to anyone.
These guys are great guys and do good work. Most importantly, the service is done right and at a very fair price.
