They cancelled our reservation due to “precaution” for the weather. However nothing was on the radar for storms and it is currently blue skies outside and no chance of rain for the next few hours. We called a supervisor and they said she should have called & given us the OPTION to cancel instead of instructing us that it was cancelled. The decision was supposed to be ours, and we were in the parking lot with guests & food & cake & they told us to go home.
New Providence Pool is amazing! I visited there on vacation and would come back in a heartbeat! Very clean, attentive lifeguards, and very helpful staff!
Pool is clean. The lifeguards keep a pretty tight schedule. I felt safe letting the kids play without me tracking their every move continuously. The slide is an additional fee but we'll worth it; definitely helped to tire them out. The diving board and rock wall were closely monitored by staff. Snacks available for purchase.
