Their practice to cancel your appointment if you don’t respond to their phone call is the most annoying one. You organize your professional life taking time off and stressing out to send messages to the school to ensure your kids school know they have to leave early or miss school, but they have no regards for that.

Don't show up late or they will refuse to see you and give you a hard time. They have a 15 minute late policy. I took time off of work to be at this appointment and drove an hour out here to see a doctor only to be denied because I arrived 20 min late. They don't care about their patients.

After being a patient for 3+ years I am leaving this practice. Although Dr Herko is a wonderful dentist, the front office staff is horrible. Every phone call results in ridiculously long hold times, followed by individuals that vary from simply unhelpful to absolutely nasty. About the only nice thing I can say about the front office staff is that they emailed me my dental records within minutes of my asking for them, so I would guess this is a common request!
