Bought a new Caldera from the good people here and had a great experience. The showroom, while not modern, has a ton of different models to take a look at and they can order just about anything. The owner and his team are really spa experts and were very helpful in getting me to the right product for us. Pricing was very competitive but where they really shine is on the delivery and support. Jim is great to work with. The tubs last forever and the service is amazing. I needed minor service after 10 years and they show up within hours of calling. I’ve bought 2 tubs at 2 different homes and they have been great to work with over many years. Highly recommend
Just purchased my second spa from Jim Henderson and company and they are simply the best in the business. Their product and industry knowledge is top notch and they provide fair prices and excellent service. Special shout out to James and Katrece who do all the heavy lifting (literally) and do an excellent job manage service, delivery, installation and support. If you need a tub in Marin these guys are the best!
