Jim is great to work with. The tubs last forever and the service is amazing. I needed minor service after 10 years and they show up within hours of calling. I’ve bought 2 tubs at 2 different homes and they have been great to work with over many years. Highly recommend
Just purchased my second spa from Jim Henderson and company and they are simply the best in the business. Their product and industry knowledge is top notch and they provide fair prices and excellent service. Special shout out to James and Katrece who do all the heavy lifting (literally) and do an excellent job manage service, delivery, installation and support. If you need a tub in Marin these guys are the best!
Hello, I purchased a Caldera spa last month from New Products. I am thrilled with the purchase and the 5 Star service they provide. They offer great service, an industry leading warranty and are always available to answer my maintenance questions. If you are shopping for a Hot Tub, do yourself a favor and swing by New Products and talk to Jim or Patrice and they will take great care of you!!
Once again, the folks at New Products came to my rescue. I have an old gas heated spa that they installed well over 30 years ago, and their foresight in buying all the parts to keep it going has rescued me many times. Now they hooked me up with another part in the knick if time. Love you guys!! Your customer support is the most highest level!!
