I reached out to New Prairie Solar last year when my California based vendor couldn't get its act together to replace the defunct 3G cell module that reports my kW production that I like to monitor and so does Carbon Solution Group who paid for the Carbon Credits the installation accrues. After getting bids from several solar installation companies, we chose New Prairie Solar. The company was professional in all our interactions with them. We have had solar installations since 2020 at our home and on our family farm. We chose a local company with ties to the community in hopes that they would always be there for us. My installation happened in 2022. The system-size estimate (based on past usage) was spot-on! My electric bill hasn't been above $16 since it went online. Staff were attentive to my questions throughout the process and after installation. I highly recommend this company!
New Prairie Solar has been fantastic to work with! Our original solar installer changed ownership and became a nightmare to work with. New Prairie Solar stepped up and took over the monitoring, service, and maintenance of our system.
