Once the project started the New Prairie Solar team completed the work efficiently and in a quality manner.
New Prairie Construction has been wonderful to work with. They were here when they said they would be. They got the Solar installation done in the time frame they said they would and the price they said they would. They left no mess. When I called with questions they answered them all and followed the all up with an email confirming our conversation. They also do much of the necessary paperwork so that I don’t have to. The experience has been awesome. I highly recommend them
New Prairie was the 3rd company I talked with and the only one who could set up my solar system in a way that didn’t destroy my yard and large birch tree. Plus they accommodated my other preferences, like putting the control panel for the system inside my garage, instead of on the outside where I would need to look at it everyday (my solar panels are on my garage). They always responded to any questions I had in a very timely manner and completed their work well.
Friendly, open to all questions, transparent. No pressure. Installment crew was efficient and neat in their work. Very helpful with necessary paperwork regarding state, utility company, etc.
