Prompt accurate and friendly service
I do not trust these people. They conducted survey of my house but neglected to bring a structural engineer. They gave me a quote without knowing if my house could support the solar panels. When they told me, I had already committed thousands of dollars to the project. They wouldn't give me a new quote, only wanted to back out of the project. They cut corners to give a better quote. I reached out to New Prairie Solar last year when my California based vendor couldn't get its act together to replace the defunct 3G cell module that reports my kW production that I like to monitor and so does Carbon Solution Group who paid for the Carbon Credits the installation accrues. After getting bids from several solar installation companies, we chose New Prairie Solar. The company was professional in all our interactions with them. We have had solar installations since 2020 at our home and on our family farm. We chose a local company with ties to the community in hopes that they would always be there for us.
