RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I called to see if they were accepting new patients as we are new to the New Prague area. The receptionist told me yes, but they were booking out into December. I explained to her my daughter cracked her back molar and needed to be seen by a dentist. I was told that in order to do anything with New Prague Dental, all patients have to have a cleaning and comprehensive check up, even if they have a dental emergency. I am so impressed with the care at New Prague Dental Center! I had my first filling and was nervous to say the least. Dr. Derksen and the hygienist were so friendly, patient, kind and took the time to do the job right! I would highly recommend!!
