No one ever answers the phone in the office
I am glad I have not purchased solar panels from this company yet, they don't return calls, the don't return email questions, and their website chat assistant doesn't work. I would rate customer service as Non Existent! If front of the house is this bad you can bet that back of the house product is similar.
Can no longer be contacted. I was promised a yearly maintenance but nobody ever called or showed up since after installing the solar panels 2 years ago. Please be responsible to communicate with your customers.
