Snow Came. They Ghosted. Very disappointed after being a snow plow customer for several years. Communication was never particularly friendly, but I stayed with them because the plowing was usually done. When I tried to renew snow plowing service this season, I reached out multiple times over the course of several weeks by both email and phone. None of my messages were returned.
