I use New Pittsburgh for my large and small animals. I love how their staff and vets are so nice and welcoming. They are always straight forward with me about my pets and livestock. I also appreciate how much they work with me when I don't have the funds for certain things, they never shame or make nasty comments (like I've experienced elsewhere). I am so glad my animals have great vets looking after them 💜
Dr Laura Conly was SO informative on my little guy's procedure. I was SO worried about putting him through this due to his age. She assured me it was something that had risk, as all surgeries do. She felt very confident that all would be ok Thank You Dr. Laura 💞. I feel that this staff ALL staff went above and beyond with my little guy. We went to New Pittsburgh for a second opinion after one vet told us our dog had cancer in his eye. New Pittsburgh got him in right away, and sent us to an ophthalmologist in Akron to get his opinion. It’s not cancer, and we saved a lot of money and heartache, thanks to their recommendation. The first vet was extremely expensive, and jumped to removing his eye, never gave the option of referring us to a specialist. Staff is incredibly helpful and they are very reasonably priced.
Walking into NPVC is always a positive experience. All the staff is friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. It is obvious they love their patients. After the visit, we always get a follow up call or message.
Alyssa is a friend that I have known for several years and she is an active member of Medina Kennel Club, where we both participate in many AKC dog sports. It had been a few years since visiting New Pittsburg Veterinary and because I know Alyssa so well, I brought a pup in for neuter surgery when the other vet in town was booked up for 2 months.
