Dr Ogo is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Back in March I had a severe throat infection and he assured me I was just overreacting. My regular doctor then told me it was severe and I needed antibiotics badly. He also botched my friends IUD replacement, spending 30 minutes causing her so much pain and bleeding until he told her HE COULD NOT FIND HER IUD. Get this man out of the medical field.
I recently had a disappointing experience with this clinic. I called to discuss my test results, and the receptionist booked me an appointment without informing me that my coverage had expired or that I would have to pay a clinic fee. I only found out during my appointment with the doctor.When I raised my concern, I was told the receptionist was new and may have missed the notification in the system. 2026-06 The reception desk service at this office continues to get worse. Years ago, the previous staff were great, and communication was handled much more professionally. 2023-08-01 I made an appointment and disclosed in advance that I needed a form filled out. When I arrived, I waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes for the appointment. The front desk then asked to see the form and said they would take my weight and height. I waited at the door for the staff member to let me in, but she did not clearly communicate what I was supposed to do. She eventually told me the door was open, so I proceeded inside.
