Scam Alert. Disappointed and discouraged. This was the worst walk-in and medical care experience I have encountered. I had a very simple issue that took two minutes to correct, which to my joy was alleviated when I found a competent practitioner at the SuperStore, Pitt Meadows clinic. After two day of having no hearing in my ears due to a wax build I unfortunately made the mistake of trying New Pitt Meadow Clinic. Dr. Ogo is amazing. He has turned things around at this Clinic. He is very on top of what he does, is very knowledgeable and expresses himself in a very caring and compassionate manner. If it weren't for him being so thorough I would have found myself in trouble down the road. Continue to do great work Dr. Ogo, you are very much recognized and appreciated!

Firstly, the voice-mail is 4 years old and it warms you about isolating during Covid!!!! Secondly,waited four times 30 minutes on the line for my call to be answered Thirdly, it's impossible to fin" OOK AN APPOINTMET" command on their website Nice website but useless in terms of the end user
