Don’t recommend whatsoever, I had a very bad reaction to a medication and asked for a phone call because I was very worried, I even went into the office (never received a call) then ended up in the hospital for four days & my psychiatrist did not seem concerned one bit. When she finally did call me back(days later) she talked over me and my husband to the point we barely could get a word in and was only concerned about when my next appointment would be! They don't bother to get to know you before passing judgment on you before even being aware of your condition or circumstances. They will also not return phone calls, no explanation.

Words cannot express how much Tobe has helped me. She's simply the best. New Perspectives is a great place to seek help for your mental health. Sometimes I have to leave a voicemail but they get right back to me. Staff at New Perspectives are very helpful and polite.

If you are able to, go somewhere else. I loved the people there before and only had issue with communication. Now I’m disappointed in the way they speak to patients. I haven’t had any issues YET but will have an appointment there soon and we’ll see if I get treated the same way I watched them treat someone very close to me.

My dr quit and no one ever called to tell me. I had to call 3 times to get my prescription filled just for them to tell me my dr is no longer there and they can’t get my refills. They were rude about it and that wasn’t something that was ever told to me. No letter, no call. Nothing. This place is very poorly ran and I say that as someone who’s seen 2 doctors there for 4-5 years now.
