I’ve been taking Pilates classes here for several months, and I’m truly starting to see and feel the results. I had tried Pilates at larger chain studios in the past, but it never felt like much of a workout. Awesome message...Shari also does other kinds of therapy as well including pilates and hypnosis. Allowed my wife to use very little pain meds for a total knee and helped with a quicker recovery...
