My parents have lived here for just over 2 years. My father is considered independent living, and my mother needs assistance. When she calls for help to use the bathroom, she sometimes has to wait an hour because staffing is so poor. Even when they do come to help, my dad ends up finishing their job or cleaning up after them. Also, the food is supposedly prepared by a chef! My 6 year old grandchild could prepare better food! The executive director is approachable, professional, and clearly committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.
