We have been very happy with the move for my in-laws to New Perspective in February 2025. The building is beautiful and offers so many activities and events. The meals have been great and my father-in-law especially looks forward to eating in the dining room and having three hot meals a day. It is nice that we can stop by anytime and join them for a meal - and we have done this many times. They are working with physical therapy for strengthening and improved balance. Toured with Brianna for a family member. She was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Clean facility, friendly staff and positive atmosphere. We got a very homey feeling. Would recommend touring if you're in need of assisted living.
My parents have lived here for just over 2 years. My father is considered independent living, and my mother needs assistance. When she calls for help to use the bathroom, she sometimes has to wait an hour because staffing is so poor. Even when they do come to help, my dad ends up finishing their job or cleaning up after them. Also, the food is supposedly prepared by a chef! My 6 year old grandchild could prepare better food!
