This place was terrible. My mother was a resident here for a year. The only staff who were ever in the building were the front desk ladies. Everyone else who worked here was always “somewhere in the building”. Terrible management. Never responded to calls or emails. The care staff was also never responsive and ultimately required us to hire outside help. In fact even though she no longer lives there they are still attempting to bill! My parents have lived here for just over 2 years. My father is considered independent living, and my mother needs assistance. When she calls for help to use the bathroom, she sometimes has to wait an hour because staffing is so poor. Even when they do come to help, my dad ends up finishing their job or cleaning up after them. Also, the food is supposedly prepared by a chef! My 6 year old grandchild could prepare better food!
