She did skip a beat when clients walked up to her when needing help during tour. Her smile and enthusiasm. You could tell she loved her job.
Great place for the older generation. Employees are awesome. My only concern is more video camera are needed in the hallways.
Mother lived at New Perspective for 4 years as a independent resident. She visited many people at other facilities as shut-ins, and decided on New Perspective for herself. The Residents and staff are very friendly and willing to engage in conversation and activities, making residents feel at ease in a new environment. The building and apartment were always clean. Very cozy vibes inside. The director of nursing and all the staff are very proud to present such a great environment but my favorite staff member is Bobby. The front porch looks like Cracker Barrel and the inside of warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for themselves or others.
