They say 5 star at this place. I haven't seen it since I brought my mom and uncle there. Instead of being more at home feel,they are declining. Not good at all. I'm a PCA and the care there is ridiculous !!! You need to get more training with the aides they have working. Lots of neglect and not being attended too. I understand being understaffed but this is not going tobe tolerated at all. This is New Perspective in Eagan.
Two days ago there was a tornado in Mentor, OH. The electricity was/is out for more than 2 days. There is 1 elevator which has broken twice In the last couple of months, as an added complaint. Any Assisted Living place must have a generator as a backup. It is uncaring and morally wrong not to have one.
They do not answer the phone or return message. We have no idea what is going on and cannot get a response.
What a great company! NPSL is full of fantastic people who truly care about seniors.
