I saw Dr. G for a year and a half. Honestly I would still be there if I did not change job/schedules. I had used some online therapy before I forget which one but it was like talk space and it was good to talk to someone but nothing much changed in my life. I have been coming here for about a year now and I cannot recommend Dr. Cabral enough. from the very first session i felt so seen. they have this really thoughtful, affirming approach to navigating gender joy that just makes space for you to explore without judgment or rushing you through anything. they've also been amazng helping me understand my neurodivergence. like for the first time i actually get how my brain works, not in some clinical detached way.. they helped me reframe stuff i used to think of as flaws into just..... read more
