This is the WORST place ever to live nobody cares about your loved ones Bridget is the manager and she is horrible doesn't care to listen to what you have to say.
I worked here as a caregiver from May to June 2024. Its a good place yes to work, good workers staff top to bottom but i experienced a sense of discrimination. Despite being there for 2months my name was never in the system, i never received a permanent name tag but those whom came before me in a week they received theirs. I’ve helped many families move into this community and it’s great to see Trevor always checking on the families to see how the move ins are going. I’ve moved many people in but have never moved anyone out! I’d say the residents like it here!
They have very friendly and inviting staff at all corners!
NPSL PL has the most amazing, attentive staff! They are friendly, eager to assist and go above & beyond. You can feel the positive energy when you walk through the front doors. The entire staff from the buisness and sales office, to the front desk, to the ED and nurses have a smile on their face and make the community feel like home for all. I also know first hand that their number one priority is all their residents and ensuring that they have their needs met at all times!
