I have been going to New Perspectives since back in 2015 and I consider the ENTIRE staff as a member of my own family. I receive therapy sessions with Iris Ramos throughout this time and was really taken from a place of real crisis to a stable road to mental wellness for the duration of the time I have been treated here. I can give my honest sincere word that they are absolutely % amazing in this practice and if anyone is looking for a great practice then definitely give them a shot!!
When I got to the office I met Natalie and she was nice and gave some information that I needed to know.Then I meet Iris she the first one that I had met. She asked me some questions and explained to me how it every thing works and I met Lino who mostly speaks Spanish, He was very nice and happy to meet me. He also explained some things about the company as well.Lorraine was very helpful and very knowledgeable and kind and willing to help me with want I needed.
I was taken by the warm welcome of Natalie. She engaged in conversation with me which made me feel comfortable in the waiting area. Lorraine who works in the office was very friendly and knowledgable. She answered my questions at length. Dr. Lino and his wife, Iris, were very kind and patient and easy to talk with. Great group of medical professionals.
