Bailee and the entire team at New Perspective Highland Park were absolutely incredible throughout Paul’s transition. From day one, they showed patience, compassion, flexibility, and genuine care — not just for Paul, but also for his dog Andy, who meant the world to him. The community is a wonderful place for older adults. Within walking distance to trails and the new development across the street. Plus, the people are extremely friendly and warm.
Terrible facility. Terrible food. Terrible service. Both of my parents were residents here. There’s too many issues to write here. The first 3 sentences say enough. If you’re considering this facility for a parent or another family member. Be warned, whoever you admit into this place will never forgive you!!
We attended their vendor fair!! Very friendly and organized staff!! We would be happy to attend next year!!! 2025!!1
