We love Chuck. He listens and helps in so many ways and has been amazing for my child and for me as well by helping my child. He always checks to see how I’m doing and how we’re all coping as a family. I’ve been taking my child to him for a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I received a referral on the 29th of March for my daughter to see Dr Austin, with the referral faxed directly to his office. I called the following day to make an appointment as advised by my GP. I was rudely told that I can’t call to book an appointment, instead they would contact me. It has now been two months and I still have not received any correspondence. I was offer stimulants to decrease my appetite/weight in my 2nd appointment which was extremely triggering to me after spending half an hour talking about my issues with food.
