Jacked up my rate, slow to close (missed my closing date due to their incompetence), and even though I submitted the paperwork to set my account up for bi-monthly auto payments at closing, they never did. Stay away!

An absolute nightmare. My refi has taken 6 months so far. We just signed the papers with a notary. The loan was supposed to fund today. And I get a phone call saying they need yet more info. STAY AWAY!!!
