This company offers ZERO assistance if you have been affected by the government shutdown. As a furloughed employee I called ahead of my scheduled draft (never missed a payment) since I am not getting paid. They ONLY offer you hardship assistance if you have missed 2 payments! As this shutdown is a temporary thing, you would think this company would be aware and offer something to assist its customers during this unfortunate time. Absolutely the worst lender imaginable. Unfortunately my mortgage was purchased by this company. I have been trying to remove my PMI for the past few months because they incorrectly reported my house in the appraisal as a 2 bedroom 1 bath house, when my place is actually a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. These guys are the worst and need to be investigated. They have employees who do not provide customers with correct information. I mailed a check that needed to be signed, and I was told to just send my insurance details and the contractor's estimate, and they would endorse it. I sent everything and followed up a few days later, and I was told I would get my check eight days after they received everything. Worst possible lender to work with. They aren’t capable or reading and interpreting simple documents. They will also lie directly to you to cover themselves. If you have a mortgage with them switch ASAP.

This company unfortunately bought our mortgage. We have a tax-exempt letter and submitted that. They are refusing to refund us. Spent hours in the phone with them. We have done this process before with another property before and are familiar with the process. Our mortgage payment should have also gone down due to that letter and they have not adjusted that.
