Selling a house with New Penn as the mortgage holder because they bought my capital one mortgage. I had to spend about twenty minutes on the phone to get a pay off amount effective the coming Monday. They say 3-5 business days to receive it by email, which is their company policy. I received the letter and it was based on interest calculated for Thursday, so not Monday like I said multiple times to make sure they got it right.
