If i could give a negative score i would. My lender also sold my loan to these clowns, and they are a total joke, if rates were better right now i would re-fi just to get away from them! How can you justify charging a fee to pay your mortgage, is the interest they are making not enough? Not to mention, the portal is the absolute worst of 4 mortgage servicing i have had in my life, the lack of info about your own mortgage is embarrassing, no amortization schedule, no insurance info and the interface is garbage. Help me with all my financial needs
My lender sold my loan to these guys..... I went online to make a payment and they charge you $2.50 to make an ACH online payment. When I called about this I was told I had to phone in and go through their IVR system and do it over the phone each time. They actually said it was a "State" thing. Just like a big bank to blame others for their theft and for them not being ethical. Make it easy for your customers to make payments. My lender sold my loan to this company. I wish I could give a negative number. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service and experience so far. They've sent me letters telling me I don't have hazard insurance when I do and I called and spoke to someone to tell them this yet I still continue to get letters. They've setup their own hazard insurance w/out my request so now they expect me to pay for two separate policies for insurance.
