I actually don't have a problem in this company. The reason I am writing this review is for their mortgage specialist, Ginger Anady. She was with Movement Mortgage at that time. We wanted to buy a house in California so we find a mortgage company to help us on getting a house. She is very very unprofessional. She was helping us at first but later on the process of getting the pre-approval after she gets all our paper work, she just disappeared. Never return our calls nor emails.
