We contacted New Rez and made an inquiry about having our PMI insurance dropped off. New Rez told us they could not divulge information about the PMI. ON. OUR. OWN. MORTGAGE. Communication is absolutely horrible. We refinanced with our local bank and glad for it.
Our refinance loan has been pushed off for several months with no communication with us. Meanwhile, we are out all of the fees to start the process and stuck in the waiting period, unable to find another lender. They are an awful company to work with.
This is the absolute worst mortgage company. Would definitely not recommend.
New rez has not been a good mortgage company. They have paid my taxes late for 2017-2018. They didnt pay them until this year and now trying to get me to pay the late fee of $2000. Very unprofessional. Talked to 5 different people and got different numbers and explanations of why I owe them. I highly do not recommend going through them. I will be switching ASAP
