Horrible lending company. I have been trying to get rid of PMI for a year now. I have a Fannie Mae loan and was never offered the cheaper option of a broker price opinion (BPO), which costs $150, instead I was pushed into an appraisal for $500. I missed the Loan to value ratio by less than a percent. So this brings us to right now: I was finally offered the choice of a BPO, I paid for that sent in my consent. Even though I'm on a junk mail opt-out list, I keep receiving unsolicited junk mail from this company. The mail deceptively appears to be a personal letter, hand written from a friend. If this lousy company has to use deceptive tactics to get people to open their junk mail, why would anyone in their right mind trust them with something as important as a mortgage? They are offering to refinance my mortgage at a rate that is higher and longer term than the one I already have. Does this make any sense? I've called these people ... read more

Geat, curteous serrvice. The New Penn Financial team helped me with a home mortgage refinance. It was the smoothest, easiest experience I've ever had with this kind of thing. I highly recommend them. I worked with the office in Roseville, CA.
