Failed to do proper research and determine that our property was four years older than we were told by anyone - how do you issue someone a loan without doing any proper research that we depended on you to do as it's your jobs. Clearly I was lied to by multiple companies including this one and I'm not going to become another victim of a real estate scam artist ring in this state like so many others before me.
