This hut has a large dining area plus rooms with bunks for your sleeping bag. The veranda is a lovely spot to sit to watch the setting sun off you are blessed with clear weather. Great view of Mt Oakleigh too. Lots of tent locations, but only a few with platforms.
Camped here for 2nights on the big platform 17/18 Jan, came in on the Arm River Track , 12km much harder and more overgrown than anticipated but great way to get to Mt Ossa.
