I bought my car from the dealership on February 17, and today is May 8, but I still haven’t received the title. It has been over two and a half months. They keep giving me the runaround and never provide a clear answer. Every time I ask, they say “it will arrive next week” or “in two weeks,” but nothing changes. I feel like they are just delaying and avoiding giving me real information.
These guys got me into a beautiful brz and were very helpful through the whole process. Even worked with me on having the car shipped. Highly recommend doing business with them.
I bought a jeep wrangler from New PBB Auto Inc and so far so good 👍. Nelson and staff have been great. I had some doubts about small business but New PBB proved me wrong. So far I like my jeep ... thanks guys.. I'll definitely buy another one from them.. One last thing the price I saw in Car Gurus that's the price I paid at New PBB no Bs or add-ons..
