Met the owner of New Pathways virtually and it was such a pleasant experience . He connected me to Matt and I had two really great sessions with Matt . Unfortunately Matt no longer works with New Pathways so my sessions ended once he transitioned.
We had an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience with New Pathways. The process of getting matched with a therapist was slow and unorganized, and the clinician they selected for us felt like a poor fit from the start. It was clear little effort was put into compatibility or understanding our needs.
I have had a really seamless and lovely experience with New Pathways— I was matched with a therapist very quickly and felt they did a great job selecting a clinician who was compatible with my needs. We meet virtually which makes my life much easier! And best of all they actually take my insurance. Highly recommend New Pathways.
Instead of creating a comfortable and open environment, the sessions felt awkward and impersonal.
Very unprofessional! Huge disappointment! They called to cancel 8 minutes before the initial appointment because of their negligent oversight. Don't waste your time.
