I was skeptical of the reviews that said that a client was overcharged for a service and proceeded to make an appointment. Lauren Bowling spent our sessions glueing on her lashes rather than discussing methods of treatment and I was still charged ridiculous prices. In addition, she heavily pushed Genesight, and when I asked how much, she confidently told me $170. I paid the $170 online. I have been to New Path twice already, the first time to meet about Medication management and today was my Therapy appointment with Tara which is AMAZING!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️ I am already looking forward to my next appointment with her.
Staff is awesome took care of my needs, will recommend to others.
This place had me feeling extremely disrespected. After having to cancle my video appointment because the signal was giving a rough connection on both ends, I was charged a cancelation fee. Which doesn't make sense, as I was actively trying to speak with the provider and the signal wasn't good. But on top of that, I get a text from them saying that I used someone else's credit card to pay for the fee.
