I had a very frustrating experience with New Paradigm Counseling, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. It took two weeks for me to get an appointment for mental health, which is already far too long when you're in need of support. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone even acknowledged me.
