Martin Horton, Operations Manager, was very disrespectful over a phone interview. I asked these people some questions about hidden fees that I didn't understand and that's all it took for them to get rude and eventually deny me services. I also asked if they did sex offender background checks on their therapist before hiring, because of the sensitive nature of therapy and personal information being talked about, and that really pissed them off.
