I would rate zero if I could. I had high hopes for this shop, but the experience was very poor. After spending $2,000 to address a coolant error, the light came back on less than a month. Upon returning, I was told it was a secondary leak and that they couldn't assist further. It is unprofessional to charge a customer for a major repair without ensuring the primary issue is actually resolved. I feel the diagnostics were rushed and the service was not up to the standard expected for this price point.

Professional, trustworthy, great communication & very knowledgeable! Andrew and the guys at New Palumbo are the only shop my brother & I bring our BMWs and Porsches to get worked on. Very quick turn around time and extremely fair when it comes to pricing! What more could you want? Thanks again guys!!!

Took my truck to New Palumbo's to have my new wheels and tires mounted/road force balanced. Andrew is the guy to talk to when bringing your car/truck in.. His team did an awesome job on my truck that other shop were not able to correct. I percent would recommend them...
