Great place for car problems. Got a broken drive belt in the middle of the road. Towed the car in, the technician replaced the belt and idler pulley, and returned it in 3 weekdays. Excellent service and quality of work. I’ve also worked with the old owner, a sharp and knowledgeable guy who spoke directly to the problem. I’m glad the same culture and expertise continue.

I would rate zero if I could. I had high hopes for this shop, but the experience was very poor. After spending $2,000 to address a coolant error, the light came back on less than a month. Upon returning, I was told it was a secondary leak and that they couldn't assist further. It is unprofessional to charge a customer for a major repair without ensuring the primary issue is actually resolved. I feel the diagnostics were rushed and the service was not up to the standard expected for this price point.
