Great experience working with Adam and team. I had an emergency issue with my car during work travel. They were able to get me in and fixed, while providing me updates along the way so I could plan accordingly. Very honest and fair pricing when finding issues, and getting resolved. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend newpaltz auto. Im actually on my way to Texas. I stopped by to ask Addam and Carlos if they can fix my back breaks. They had lots of work to be done at there shop. But knowing that I was going to travel. The fixed my breaks in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for helping me out.
The absolute worst of the worst!!!! Absolutely terrible attitude and absolutely terrible work. Every time I went, I had to go back, no matter what kind of work (brakes, pads…) We paid him at least twice to repair the ATV. He diagnosed it wrong the at least twice. It would start once and not again. And yes, he did come over at least 5 times because he does not know what he’s doing. We had another mechanic take care of of it. Honestly a great overall experience here at New Paltz Auto Works! From the work done on my Nissan, the workers and the owner. I have been taking not only my car but my families cars here for years. They truly care about the work that is done with their cars and are always upgrading there machines and systems. If you are anywhere in the area, I 100% recommend going to this shop. If you want you car fixed in a timely manner, this is where you want to go.
