Dr. Noerpel was amazing. We have seen him a few times over the years. He has a good bedside manner, and I feel that can be really hard to find with a lot of doctors. Thank you!
The whole experience was a pleasant relief. I injured my hip and I was dreading going to Urgent Care, but the woman at check-in made me feel like I mattered and she arranged for me to get examined by Billy Jo and Janice, including x-rays. They were knowledgeable and friendly and they made me feel confident in their abilities. I've never had such an all-around pleasant experience under painful circumstances. I will highly recommend them all.
Went into this facility after twisting my ankle on October 6th. Was instructed to get an X-ray on my foot. Completed the X-ray the same day. After calling multiple times over the next couple weeks no one got back to me about my results. Finally received a call and a message on October 23rd that the X ray showed a fracture on the 5th metatarsal bone. I highly recommend considering a different provider when it comes to your “urgent” care needs.
They really took care of my father and showed compassion. They were focused on trying to find a diagnosis and giving him the correct medication. The NP was kind and knowledgeable. My 82 year old father recovered from bronchitis with no issues. We thank you
