Five stars for the clinical staff. 6 stars for the single associate working at the desk. Removing more complex medical procedures is a tragic change to patient care. Make sure they can attend to your issue before you go over. It is a related UPMC service.
Check in is a hassle when the receptionist are busy eating. Not in a break room but at the check in window. They get mad to have to do there job. Horrible place dont recommend.
