Where do I start? We moved in a little while ago and the first night we stayed there. We had a what I presume to be crackhead looking right through our living room window, staring at us while we watched a movie. Obviously, this whole situation was reported to the park and police. The park did absolutely nothing told us. Love this place... fewer lines than the others
Overpriced lot rent (raised 3xs since moving in)!! Constant harassment from property management with power issues leaving "citations" for power washing your house. There were water restriction last year so it couldn't be done and then they cited everyone before the 1st day of SPRING! No one around to complain to about real issues like the half dead tree dropping branches on my car and roof. UPDATE: They try to claim an arborist looked at and aren't doing anything about it...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND PROPE... read more
I was passing through. And I must say this is a beautiful little mobile home community. We'll kept. It's nice to see people going into small living with comfort.
