Incredible customer service. Amal was amazing in her description of the R/O system that I was looking for. I phoned on a Tuesday. Virgil expertly installed the system, explaining everything along the way. He removed the old system and cleaned up the area!

K-5 drinking water system was repaired off site. Repair as done promptly. During re-installation, connections were not quite correct causing water to flow onto the floor. Water valve was quickly turned off.After trying to correct the problem, it appeared there may be a faulty connection. A replacement T-connection was installed which solved the leak. Unit now functions properly.
Fast to respond. Quick to install. They will explain everything if you ask questions. Not cheap, but the results are instantly impressive. Water in New Orleans is hard and full of chemicals and sediment indeed.
