I called New Orleans Tech to compare prices. I expected to hear an hourly rate plus whatever other charges they might have but instead they asked what kind of problem I was having. After a few more questions I realized they weren't trying to sell me anything and actually just trying to help. They walked me through a few steps and like magic I could print again!!! Nobody else even bothered to ask...one just said $70 and hour and $30 travel time?!? A very bright star in a cloudy world. 5 STARS!
