Honestly best experience ever!!
I had a very disturbing experience with this company. When I contacted them about renting a party bus, I was treated with extreme disrespect. I was brushed off, spoken to rudely, and cursed at by staff. What made this even more upsetting was that I was clearly told they do not rent to Black Muslims. As a Muslim woman who wears my attire proudly, this was blatant discrimination and completely unacceptable. No one should be treated this way when simply trying to do business. Mike was life-saving and REMARKABLE!! He rescued our group of 17 (with all our luggage!!) from the airport when no one could transport our large group. He was prompt, super friendly, efficient…and his ‘party bus’ is IMPRESSIVE!! I was even MORE impressed when Mike followed up 3 days later to make sure our group was set for our return trip via Amtrak.
