I went to the lobby and the security guard told me I needed an appointment. He told me to call and Alex answered. She said she had time to see me right then. I went up and she evaluated my coins and made an offer based on the market price. It was fast and easy. I definitely would recommend them!
What a gem of a place! I had such an easy and wonderful experience selling some coins I inherited. Appointments are required, don’t let that deter you. Location is secure. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m definitely going back when I have more precious items to sell. Highly recommend!
My experience at New Orleans Gold and Silver was very good. Susie was very patient and answered all of my many questions. Best of all, since Susie had earned my trust, I left with cash in hand.
I went in to sell some of my late mom's jewelry and had a great experience. I don't remember the name of the woman who took care of me, but she took the time to answer my questions and gave me a great offer.
I received fair and honest prices, coupled by friendly and efficient service. I recommend them highly.
