Absolutely amazing people! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Awful customer service. Just stopped coming to clean the pool without any discussion or notification despite consistently paying them for their services (card on file so just had to charge it). No phone call, no email, no letter. Nothing. I’ve called them multiple times with still no explanation and can only speak to the woman answering the phone. Now the pool is green.
