not good after the hire a new guy ordered a large pizza was $26 and the pizza was not even hot
There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. Undercooked
Pizza was undercooked again. Not sure what’s going on lately but the pizza is all of a sudden not as good as it was in previous years. This used to be the best New Orleans location and now every time we get their pizza it feels like such a waste of money. Over the phone we were told a credit would be applied to our account but when we went to use the “credit” there was no history of one.
