I just called to try and place a pickup order and was told by the man working “we are not taking any orders we are too busy” and he hung up on me so I tried to call again and he said the exact same thing. This is very frustrating and poor customer service as he should not have hung up and just stated they have a longer wait time, but no he decided to leave a horrible experience for me and likely anyone else who tried to order.

Slices have obviously been sitting for some time as it's always dry. Staff is not welcoming unless you're a regular. Delivery driver seems to be drunk and/or not suitable to be driving and insults potential customers for parking out.
