FRAUD. This company took my deposit and provided windows of incorrect sizes, while claiming they were correct. The owner was unprofessional and difficult to deal with, making the experience very unsatisfactory.

Spent thousands on their custom doors, only to have the glass panels slide out of its frame after a few years. No one from New Orleans Millworks would return my phone calls or schedule a repair. Poor craftsmenship and very poor customer service.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Stan, Roslyn, and the whole team are knowledgeable, kind, and complete professionals. They helped me with an HDLC violation I inherited from the former owner of my home. I commissioned estimates from seven companies, and they were the only ones who were able to pass the HDLC guidelines. The installation was seamless and the work looks fantastic. In addition, they are very nice people!
